California Consumer Privacy Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the Services by CASE Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and customers of www.servicesbycase.com ("Website") who are California residents ("consumers"), pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). This Notice does not apply to Services by CASE job applicants, employees, or contractors.

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from or about consumers who use the Website:

* We do not use cookies. However, our web server may passively log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as an inherent part of operating the Website.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from consumers (e.g., through website forms, email, or phone), and from consumers' insurance companies or other third parties when a consumer authorizes us to obtain information on their behalf in connection with a claim.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information described above to: provide and manage the services consumers request from us (including assistance with vehicle incident and insurance claims); communicate with consumers; maintain business records; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and protect against fraud or illegal activity.

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information

Services by CASE does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information for Business Purposes

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., IT and hosting providers), and to insurance companies or other third parties when necessary to carry out the services a consumer has requested. These disclosures are made only for legitimate business purposes and are subject to written contracts that restrict the recipient's use of the information.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

• Know/Access — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and the sources and purposes for that collection.
• Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Opt-out of sale/sharing — not applicable; we do not sell or share personal information.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — not applicable; we do not collect sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination — you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

8. How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of the rights above, email us at staff@servicesbycase.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require you to provide additional information.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

We may update this Notice from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when this Notice was last revised.
